I am Praveen, I am 23 yrs old.I hold a Bachelor Degree in Commerce (B.Com), in Samatha Degree collage at Narayanguda.I have completed intermediate C.E.C. in V.C.J.C. at tarnaka.I have completed my schooling level in Z.P.H.S. at Ghatkesar.
My hobbies are:

Q2: What is the difference between confidence and over confidence?

Example 1: Confidence means belief in oneself overconfidence means excessively confident or presumptuous confidence leads to success overconfidence leads to failure confidence strengthen self-strength overconfidence debilitate self-strength confidence make us think positive overconfidence make us think negative confidence itself positive in meaning while overconfidence itself negative in meaning.

Example 2 : The differences between confidence and over confidence is:
Confidence: I will fight and win the fight.
Over Confidence : There's no way I will loose the fight.

Q3: What is the difference between hard work and smart work?

Example 1: Hard worker can not be a smart worker but smart worker handle all situation either there is easy or hard.

Q4 : How do you feel about working nights and weekends?

Example 1 : Usually, I finish my work in given time. But if it is requirement of any job and I am applying for that job then I will definitely present at nights and weekends, without any problem.

Example 2 : Sir, I don't care about time, I don't care about night or day I just care about my work. Sir, if my work is incomplete or my company requires my presence at night or weekend i'll be there!

Example 3 : 
If my work is pending then surely I do not have any problem working at weekends. If the company provides full security for girls during night times then working at nights is not an issue.

Q5: Tell me about the most boring job you have ever had?

Example 1   : The most boring job is 'having no job'. On contrast, if We have a job but we don't have interest in that job, then It would become a boredom for us.

Example 2   : According to me feeling bore and feeling happy its all depend upon us, nothing is boring in this life everything comes with new ideas so we have to enjoy it and learn from it.

Example 3 : You can't say any work/ job as boring. As their are always scope of learning, improvement to develop procedure which will take less time to accomplishment and 100 % successful completion of existing work and search for new areas where you can expertise yourself and enhance your existing skills.

Q6: On a scale of one to ten, rate me as an interviewer.

Example 1 : Giving this opportunity but sir I'm not position rate as interviewer, but this's interview question, I can give 9/10. I debut one mark because no any person not perfect and every time give space for learning.

Example 2 : Thank you for giving this opportunity but I think this is not my place to tell you because you are a experienced person but if you are giving me the opportunity for these question then I will give 9/10 because there is always be a scope of improvement.

Q7: How do you feel about reporting to a younger person?

Example 1 : I doesn't matter of his age. I respect to his ability, skills and talent and I am not hesitate to learn from him/her. My work is very important and I am reporting to that designation.

Example 2 : Sir, I don't have any problem to work under a younger person because I don't have ego on top of my head to push me down instead I put that ego under my feet so that it can push me up.

Q8: Tell me about a situation when your work was criticized.

Example 1 : As a fresher I joined my previous organization and after spending my two months over there I start working in my own way which I learnt during my training period, but my senior didn't like this he start criticizing me, for at least one week he always rejected my work which I was doing.
After this when I get one project by my these efforts then he stop criticizing me an appreciate me. Through this I learnt my biggest experience in my professional field that how we can overcome with criticism.

Example 2 : I would like to replace the word criticized by Coached. There are mistakes that we all make at work and I was lucky to be coached by my superiors in my past jobs. To give you an example I was asked to make a presentation for the entire team as a training material and my superiors were not impressed by the presentation so I asked them to help me make a perfect presentation and it turned out to be one of the best presentations.

Example 3 : When senior ask to finish particular work within targeted time. If unable to finish it, then mentally disturbed. It makes situation to be criticized.

Q9: Could you have done better in your last job?

Example 1 : Yes, no one is perfect I did good job there and sometime I made error bit every time I learn by those error which increase my knowledge day by day.

Example 2 : Yes. No one is 100% perfect. Perfect is the term for the people who tries to find error in his own job, where I would like to stand in that list to do better things regularly from my previous work.

Example 3 :There is always scope of improvement in everything that we do and I think that every job I take up I can do better. I have taken feedback from my superiors and constantly work on improvement.

Q10 : What was the toughest challenge you have ever faced?

Example 1 :One of the biggest challenge that I had faced is providing 100 percent quality to my work. But yes I worked very hard to improve my quality and note down all my errors and not to make repetitive errors again and again. The only way to overcome challenges is to face them.

Example 2 : Given that I'm just living 23years. I would say that the greatest challenge that I have ever faced is when I need to work with someone I don't like, but we need to finish this project in time. So I need to adjust and control my emotion and just be professional and matured enough for the sake of the project. And yes. I succeeded.

Q11: Have you been absent from work more than a few days in any previous position?

Example 1 : Yes But i have true reason for that and my absence make no issue in target completion.
Example 2 : Due to health problems / Functions / Family reasons that too in a critical positions. I kept leaves. After coming back to my company I cleared my work with accuracy.

Q12: Explain how would be an asset to this organization?

Example 1 : Let's walk with an example. If I am working with your organization effectively and efficiently having my great potential, caliber and knowledge which in return, gives better results, like profits, new ideas, future opportunities, contribution in company's growth factors. So it proves that I am a valuable assets for your organization.

Example 2 : I can be asset to your organisation since I am dedicated towards my work. I have a patience to hold up pressure and work sincerely. Moreover I have a quality to learn from my failure and don't give up until I achieve positive result.

The process of answering and asking questions for you involves two important and sometimes contradictory considerations:
1. Get the job: You must sufficiently impress hiring officials both professionally and personally so you will be offered the job.
2. Get useful information: You must acquire critical information on whether or not you wish to join the organization. In other words, the employer must also sufficiently impress you before you will accept a job offer.
Apart from the educational qualification what are the other skill that make one readily employable? The first and foremost is the attitude and aptitude. People must have a hunger to learn be innovative, willing to experiment and find solution. They should be flexible and willing to travel for any project related work. The candidate definitely be a team player, other skills are analytical and logical reasoning skills, ability to understand a customer problem and finding a solution for the same communication and social skill like the ability to interact well with people, ability to understand their points and ability to explain the solution well etc..

"Irrelevant" Questions Asked in interviews
(It is very amusing to hear interviewees taking of the relevance or irrelevance of a given question in an interview. Every questions comes to you with an objective. you may not always be able to understand why a particular question is posted to you. But the interviewer will have some objective in mind. Just answer the question with no trace of suspicion or doubt or surprise or shock on your face. Remember that the interviewer is trying to assess you based on how you react to situations. There is nothing like an irrelevant question in an interview. Look at each question as an opportunity to fare better in the interview.)

"You will realize that after reading all these questions you need to prepare yourself for the job interview. You need to know and be able to clearly express your job skills are and also your personality skills.

However with the personality traits the answers are totally subjective. 1.What is the Order GPO's are applied ?

Ans. Local,Sites ,Domain ,OU (Organizational Unit).

2. What is Active Directory Partition ?

Ans. Directory partition is where the AD information segregated and logically stored .

3. What are the Active Directory partition ? And what is the use of them ?

Ans. There are three native partitions Schema/Configuration/Domain and additionally there is also application partition .

Schema Partition Contains : Definition-al details about objects and attributes that one can store in AD. Replicates to all domain controller static in nature .

Configuration Partition Contains : Configuration data about forest and trees . Replicates to all domain controllers static as forest .

Domain Partition Contains : Object information for a domain ( Users, Computers, etc.). Replicates to all domain controller in a domain . The object portion becomes part of global catalog .

Application Partition Contains : It contains information about application in Active Directory .

i.e. When AD integrated DNS Zones are used there are two application partitions for DNS Zones .

Forest DNS Zone : It is part of forest , all domain controllers and DNS Servers in a forest receive a replica of this partition . A forest wide application partition stores the forest zone data .

Domain DNS Zone : It is unique for each domain , all domain controllers that are DNS server in that domain receives a replica of this partition .

Note : No DNS data is replicated to the global catalog server.

4. What is the Need of Reverse look-up ?

Ans. It is used mostly for tracking . In reverse lookup zone the client uses a known IP address and look for Computer name based on its address .

10. What are FSMO roles what are their functions ?


Ans . There are changes, which could be performed across domain controllers in Active Directory, using the ‘multi-master replication’. However, performing all changes this way may not be practical, and so it must be refined under one domain controller that maneuvers such change requests intelligently. And that domain controller is dubbed as Operations Master, sometimes known as Flexible Single Master Operations (FSMO).

There are five FSMO roles and again classified into Forest wide and Domain wide .

Forest Wide roles :

Schema Master : The schema master is shared between every tree and domain in a forest & must be consistent between all objects . The Schema master controls all updates and modifications to the schema . There can be only one schema master in the entire forest .


Domain Naming Master : When a domain is added to forest the name must be unique in the forest. The Domain Naming master must be available while adding or removing a domain in a forest .

Domain Wide Roles :

RID Master : It is the task of RID master to allot sequences of relative IDs to each of the (numerous) domain controllers in its domain.When a domain controller creates a user, group, or computer object, a unique security ID (SID) is assigned to the object.

The SID contains two elements:

One is the domain SID (which is the same name for all SIDs that’s created in a domain)

And the other is an RID, which is unique for each SID created in the domain.

Activities such as moving an object between domains (using Movetree.exe) must be instigated on the domain controller acting as the RID master of the domain (that currently contains the object).

PDC Emulator : In order to ensure consistency, password changes from client computers must be replicated and updated to all domain controllers throughout the domain. And the PDC emulator can be configured to synchronize with an external time source.Provides consistency in password experience for users across sites. (To turn off use: AvoidPdcOnWan registry parameter). Double- checks incorrect passwords and reviews new password changes.

The domain controller configured with the PDC emulator role supports two authentication protocols:

The Kerberos V5 protocol

The NTLM protocol

Infrastructure Master : Tasks such as updating references from objects in its domain to objects in other domains are under the purview of the infrastructure master. The infrastructure master compares its data with that of a global catalog, which receives regular updates for objects in all domains through replication, thus making the global catalog data up to date.Say, in a scenario where the infrastructure master suspects outdated data, it fetches updated data from the GC and replicates it to the other domain controllers in a domain.

Pointers:

Unless there is only one domain controller in the domain, the infrastructure master role should not be assigned to the domain controller that is hosting the global catalog.

If the infrastructure master and global catalog are on the same domain controller, the infrastructure master will not function.

The infrastructure master will seldom find data that is out of date, so it will never replicate any changes to the other domain controllers in the domain.

In the case where all of the domain controllers in a domain are also hosting the global catalog, all of the domain controllers will have the current data and it does not matter which domain controller holds the infrastructure master role.

In scenarios where user / members of a group are renamed / modified, the infrastructure master is responsible for revising the group-to- user references.

When the member of a group is moved or renamed, especially if that member resides in a different domain from the group, the member would temporarily not appear in the group. It is the infrastructure master of the group’s domain’s responsibility to update the group of the new name or location of the member. This prevents the loss of group memberships associated with a user account.

Update is distributed by the infrastructure via multimaster replication.

11. How to get report of user's last log on ?


Ans. There are two ways one is using the AD Advanced searched window and other is using power shell .

Advanced Search Window --> Users --> Define the days since last logged on --> Find Now

12. What is a forwarder and a conditional forwarder ?


Ans. A forwarder is a DNS server on a network that forwards DNS queries for external DNS names to DNS servers outside of that network . You can also forward queries according to specific domain names using conditional forwarder .

13. What is DNS and What is the port number DNS uses ?


Ans. DNS is equivalent to Internet's phone book . It translates name to ip address and vice versa . DNS user port number 53 .

14. What is DHCP and what are the port number used by them ?


Ans. DHCP(Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) is used to assign IP address automatically and efficiently through out the network from a predefined range of ip addresses . DHCP server uses port number 67 and DHCP client uses 68 .

15. What is the default interval for inter-site and intra-site replication ?


Ans. For Intrasite Replication the DC waits for 15 seconds and then sends an update notification to its closest replication partner .If the source DC have more than one replication partner , subsequent notifications goes out by at 3 seconds interval to each partner .

        By default the inter site replication interval is 180 minutes/3 hours but it can be adjusted to minimum 15 minutes and maximum 1 week .It is not recommended to minimize the interval time as it will use lot of bandwidth .


16. What is the default time period for scavenging ?


Ans. 7 days .


17. What are the Active Directory database files and the default location they are stored in ?


Ans. The Database files of Active Directory are : NTDS.dit ; and associated files are edb.chk , edb.log , res1.log & res2.log .

The data base and associated files are located in : "C:\Windows\System 32\NTDS" folder .


18. What is the recommended maximum number of domain controller per domain ?


Ans. To ensure reliable recovery of  SYSVOL , it is recommended a limit of maximum 1200 domain controllers per domain .


19.What is the port number of RDP ?


Ans. TCP&UDP - 3389 .


20. What is the length limitation for FQDN ?


Ans. Fully qualified domain names (FQDNs) in Active Directory cannot exceed 64 characters in total length, including hyphens and periods .
